CALIFORNIA - Ventura County Probation Agency Chief Mark Varela is pleased to announce the promotion of Supervising Deputy Probation Officers Timothy Dowler and Sandra Carrillo to Division Managers on the Probation Agency’s Executive Committee. Mr. Dowler will oversee the agency’s Adult Field Services Division staff and operations in Ventura, Oxnard, and Simi Valley. His duties will include managing 113 employees and supervising operations involving adult probationers, post-release offenders (state parolees returned to Ventura County), and the community-based treatment services provided to this population.
