SALEM - At approximately 3:25 p.m., the following institutions returned to modified operations following a series of bomb threats received beginning at approximately 12:50 p.m., on June 5, 2013. * Oregon State Penitentiary, located in Salem * Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution, located in Pendleton * Snake River Correctional Institution, located in Ontario No injuries were reported and all adults in custody are accounted for.
