An Oklahoma County jailer was arrested last Thursday for allegedly having sex with a 17-year-old female inmate. Todd Hill, 21, was fired from his job at the county jail. Officials said he was arrested later on complaints of rape by instrumentation and committing an act of lewdness. The inmate's name has not been released. Sheriff John Whetsel said the inmate told investigators that the alleged sex was consensual. However, Oklahoma state law defines sex between a jailer and an inmate as rape. |
