UTAH - High school graduation is a special event for both the graduates and their families. But at one graduation in Utah, special circumstances added to the significance of graduation day. That's because the ceremony took place inside the Utah state prison. Prisoners who had been working hard to complete their high school education were finally getting their degrees.
