MERRILL, Wis (WSAU) An inmate in the Lincoln County jail attacked three corrections officers on Sunday. The inmate claimed to be suffering a medical emergency. While he was being attended to, he jumped up and attacked a female guard. The inmate was immobilized with a taser, and was moved to a holding cell. Once there he bit another officer, and attacked a third who was removing the taser-probe. Read More. |
