Allegheny County hires new firm to provide jail health care |

Allegheny County has chosen the Tennessee-based firm Corizon to take over management of its jail infirmary, a spokeswoman indicated in an e-mail response to questions today. Allegheny County Executive Rich Fitzgerald has been searching for a replacement for Allegheny Correctional Health Services, which has handled the infirmary for around a dozen years.
