"It is in the study stage right now. We do have some land right next to us that we are contemplating building another housing unit that could possibly house up to 200 more. There are a lot of other things to consider as far as feeding them, the classrooms for their programming, and so forth. There will be a lot of things going into that study so we will have to wait and see what happens. Right now it is just talk," says Maria Bieker, Case Manager/Public Information Officer There are currently 135 offenders being house at the work ethic camp. However Bieker sees that number rising in the coming months. "The diagnostic and evaluation center is receiving more intakes than they have space available.
