Seattle interim police chief to join national corrections panel at Harvard |

Seattle interim police Chief Jim Pugel is heading to Cambridge, Mass., tomorrow to join a panel of 30 policymakers, practitioners and researchers from around the country who hope to shape the future of corrections in the United States. The group, called the Executive Session on Community Corrections, will meet over the next three years at Harvard University to develop “best practices and thinking for professionals across the public safety and criminal justice spectrum,” according to a Seattle police news release.
