INDIANA, Pa. (AP) — State police say an inmate at a western Pennsylvania state prison for juvenile and younger offenders will be charged with attacking a guard. Troopers from the Indiana, Pa., barracks say the 20-year-old inmate, whom they've yet to name publicly, punched the guard in the head Sunday evening at the State Correctional Institution-Pine Grove.
