Members of the Delaware Department of Correction are searching for an offender wanted for failure to return from an authorized pass issued by the Morris Community Corrections Center in Dover. According to the DOC, 32-year-old Jeremiah Taylor failed to return to the facility on Friday. His last known address is New Castle. Taylor's current offense was delivery of narcotic schedule II controlled substance, authorities said. Taylor is described as a black male, 6-foot-1 and weighing 170 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He has a mustache with goatee, as well as a scar on his right knee, and tattoos on his left forearm, right forearm and neck. These centers are not secured like Level 5 prisons, as offenders are permitted to the leave the facility to go to work, seek jobs or attend approved treatment sessions. Read More. |
