Kevin Steven Argabrite, 23, of Las Vegas, Nev., 45 months to 15 years Michigan Department of Corrections for third-degree criminal sexual conduct, multiple variables, $198 fees/costs.

Thomas Edward Burns, 19, of Twin Lake, 30 days Muskegon County Jail, two years probation for controlled substance delivery/manufacture, $648 fees/costs.

Naquanna Jean Ezell, 35, of Muskegon, 7 ½ months jail, 18 months probation for larceny from a person, $1,198 restitution/fees/costs.

Dominic Orlando Gray, 29, of Muskegon Heights, five months jail, 18 months probation for controlled substance delivery/manufacture, habitual second, $1,098 fees/costs, report to jail weekends until sentence served. Darias Lamont Harris, 24, of Muskegon Heights, 13 months to eight years MDOC for assault with a dangerous weapon, habitual third, $198 fees/costs.

Stephanie Marie Hirdning, 23, of Plainwell, Mich., 90 days jail, one year probation for fleeing police officer, $1,098 fees/costs, report to jail 9 a.m. July 1, 2014.

Brandon Leigh Kirk, 29, of Muskegon, one year jail, three years probation for third-offense driving while intoxicated, 108 days jail (time served) for marijuana possession, no jail for attempted resisting and obstructing police, $748 fees/costs.

David Clyde Martin, 41, of Montague, 169 days jail (time served), 18 months probation for third-offense driving while intoxicated and marijuana possession, $1,148 fees/costs.

Benjamin Alve Martinez, a.k.a. Vincent Martinez, 59, of Muskegon, two years and five months to 22 years MDOC for second-degree home invasion, habitual second, $198 fees/costs. In a separate case, concurrent 18 months to six years MDOC for assault with a dangerous weapon, habitual second, 105 days jail (time served) for domestic violence, $248 fees/costs.

Bambi K Smith, 41, of Muskegon, one day jail, two years probation for uttering and publishing, habitual second, $1,379.47 restitution/fees/costs. In a separate case, two days jail for larceny in a building, $198 fees/costs.
