The Nevada Department of Corrections reports on October 21, 2013, inmate Joseph Oxford-McArthur was found unresponsive in his single cell at Northern Nevada Correctional Center and was transported to Carson Tahoe Hospital. Oxford-McArthur died late Friday, October 25, 2013. This death is under investigation and no further details have been released. Read More. |
