Hasana Adams, 43, of Linden was arrested about 8:50 p.m. at the store at 1901 East Edgar Road, police Capt. James Sarnicki said. Union County officials said Adams has been suspended without pay from her $91,000-a-year position. Reached by phone at her home, Adams hung up when asked for comment.
