A 29 year old inmate in the St. Lawrence County Jail is accused of biting a corrections officer. Dolan Sylvia of Palmer, Massachusetts is charged with a felony count of second-degree assault. Sheriff's deputies said Sylvia bit the hand of a corrections officer as he was being escorted in the jail Friday afternoon. The corrections officer had to seek medical attention. Read More. |
