Julius Sutton Sentenced to 30 Years in Department of Corrections

Julius Sutton, the man found guilty of the murder of Bill Smith and setting fire to an RV, is denied a retrial and sentenced to 30 years in the Department of Corrections. Sutton was found guilty on one count of murder as well as two counts of arson earlier this year. Sutton has already served 519 days which will be credited to his 30 year sentence.
