| Police offer reward leading to arrest of person responsible for setting fire |

Moscow police are asking for the public's help in finding the person responsible for starting a fire at the Idaho Department of Corrections Probation and Parole Office on Thursday morning. The Moscow Volunteer Fire Department extinguished the fire shortly after 8:00 Thursday morning, and they determined it was suspicious because it originated on the outside of the building.
