Two inmates escaped from the Hardin County, Ky., Jail on Sunday night, state police said. Jason Green, 22, and Jerry Riley, 28, fled about 10:15 p.m. while on a work detail, state police said. Green was being held for theft and burglary. Riley was jailed for receiving stolen property and being a persistent felon. Authorities said the men were not armed. They did not know where the two might be headed. Both were last seen wearing jeans and T-shirts.
