Kansas parolee fights for contact with newborn son |

A Sedgwick County parolee convicted when he was 18 of having sex with a 15-year-old is trying to fight state rules that prevent him from having contact with his children. Nathan Walker, 22, lives in a halfway house a few miles from his wife and newborn son, Noah, and his 5-year-old stepson, The Topeka Capital-Journal reported (http://bit.ly/1jEcjyd ). Walker has started a website to fight the order from the Department of Corrections' Prisoner Review Board that prevents him from living with his wife and children.
