An Arizona Department of Corrections officer is accused of having sex with an inmate in the back of a state prison van. Authorities say 26-year-old Anthony James Marotta is being held on suspicion of two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with an inmate. His bond is set at $15,000. The Arizona Republic reports (http://bit.ly/1l581Oz) that investigators received information from a prison inmate who drives a transportation vehicle. The driver told authorities that she saw Marotta having sex Tuesday with an unnamed female inmate in the back of the vehicle. Court documents indicate the arrest took place at the Arizona State Prison Complex-Perryville, where female prisoners are housed.
