A corrections officer has allegedly been involved in a road rage incident where he pepper-sprayed a man. John Williams was driving home with his six-year-old daughter when he saw a man cut a woman off on the road. The man, Stephen Carrier, 46, a corrections officer at the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Facility in Shirley, got into a heated argument with the woman, which Williams tried to stop. Williams told police when he saw Carrier get out of his gold Cadillac, he told him to get back in his car and "stop acting like a child."
