| Inmate dies in Del. prison after illness |

Corrections officials say an inmate at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center near Smyrna has died after an illness. The Department of Corrections says 56-year-old William T. Haley of Holmes, Pa. died Sunday. Foul play is not suspected, and his body was turned over to State Medical Examiner’s Office, as is standard procedure.Officials say Haley was serving a six-year sentence for reckless endangering and fourth offense DUI/Drugs.
