Idaho Department of Corrections officials are looking for a non-violent offender who walked away from the East Boise Community Work Center early Friday morning. Shirleyanne Fisher, 27, was serving a two- to five-year sentence for possession of a controlled substance in Canyon County. She was scheduled to be released on Aug. 31 of this year. Read More. |
