A prisoner who escaped from a Willow River prison Tuesday evening has been apprehended, the Minnesota Department of Corrections announced Wednesday. Richard James O’Reilly, 51, was taken into custody without incident at a Sturgeon Lake-area residence about noon Wednesday by authorities from the Pine County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Corrections Fugitive Unit and Minnesota State Patrol.
