Interested buyers consider unlocking potential of Gloucester Prison redevelopment |

Interest from businesses and individuals in Gloucester Prison is rising since it was put on the market. It is understood that about 30 expressions of interest in the 222-year-old building have been made. Potential buyers have until the end of May to register their interest. The site, which closed as a prison a year ago, is believed to be worth between around £1.5 million and £3 million. Read More. |
