| Woman Sues Indiana DOC Over Death Of Son |

The Indiana Department of Correction, the Westville Correctional Facility and some staff members, are being sued by a northern Indiana woman who claims that they were responsible for her sons death. Alice Blessing of Middlebury says that personnel at the Westville prison were either deliberately indifferent to the psychological disorders displayed by her son or that prison staff killed him and then tried to make it look like suicide.
