RICHMOND, Ind. - State officials' proposal to temporarily house registered sex offenders at a Richmond, Ind., mobile home park has sparked a series of meetings around Indiana about the sensitive issue. Wayne County Sheriff Jeff Cappa said the Indiana Sheriff's Association is hosting a series of meetings around the state with Department of Correction Commissioner Bruce Lemmon about the agency's plan to house registered sex offenders in communities.
