POTTSVILLE, Pa. (AP) — Jury selection begins Friday in eastern Pennsylvania for a coroner's inquest into the death of a county prison inmate a year ago. The inquest in Schuylkill County, the county's first in more than a decade, will focus on the March 2013 death of 21-year-old Matthew Koncsler of Shenandoah. Authorities said Koncsler began serving a drug sentence less than two weeks before he was found dead in his cell. Read More. |
