Clayton Lockett and Charles Warner sued the Oklahoma Department of Corrections on Feb 26 challenging a state law that says no one can disclose the drugs used in state executions. The inmates’ lawyers say there is no guarantee the drugs to be used are pure and that the men could suffer needlessly before dying. Read More. |
