New Mexico prison officials say an inmate was stabbed to death in a gang-related attack. Reports say 34-year-old Javier Enrique Molina had ties to inmates who were all part of the same gang at the Southern New Mexico Correctional Facility in Las Cruces. New Mexico Corrections Department spokeswoman Alex Tomlin says Molina was stabbed just after 6 p.m. Friday in a common area where inmates play cards and watch TV. Read More. |
