BILLINGS - A man serving time for felony burglary at a Billings pre-release was reported as a walk-away Monday morning. Alternatives Inc. and the Montana Department of Corrections said Isaiah Hopkins has been placed on escape status after he walked away from the Alpha House at 104 North 31st Street at about 8:15 a.m. Hopkins was sentence in April 2013 for burglary in Cascade County.
