| Students graduate from CTC corrections course |

Fourteen students graduated from Central Texas College’s basic county corrections course after the college re-obtained its Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Academy license in December. Before Monday’s graduation ceremony, the last class that graduated from the course was in fall 2011, before the college’s license expired, said Pat Boone, program coordinator for CTC’s Police Academy and Law Enforcement Center. “(The students) were great, really enthusiastic,” said Boone, who served with the Killeen Police Department for 17 years and retired from the force as a lieutenant. “I was excited about getting a class going.
