| Inmate dies after fight at prison near Buckeye |

A 27-year-old man died after being assaulted by fellow inmates Monday at the Arizona State Prison Complex-Lewis near Buckeye, authorities said. Inmate Alexander Clark was attacked at the prison's medium-security Bachman Unit after 6 p.m. on Monday, according to the Arizona Department of Corrections. Corrections officers saw a group of 20 inmates in the unit's recreation yard. Officers immediately responded to the situation and observed several inmates engaged in a fight.
