McALESTER — The Saturday death of an inmate at Oklahoma State Penitentiary remains under investigation by the state Department of Corrections. Deb Victor, 46, was found in his cell in the prison’s A Unit at 3:20 a.m. and was pronounced dead by prison medical staff 13 minutes later, according to a press released received by the McAlester News-Capital on Thursday. - See more at: Read More. |
