Inmate Walks Away From Concord Transitional Housing Unit

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announces that a minimum security inmate walked away from the North End Transitional Housing Unit in Concord on Friday, March 21.

Jeremy Neil Slack, 37, of Concord, left the facility at 8 a.m. to go to work and was told to return to the facility at 12:40 pm. He did not return. He was placed on walkaway status at approximately 2 p.m.

Slack is described as a white male, 6 feet tall, 220 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He has multiple tattoos on his right arm, right forearm, right shoulder, and left arm.
