| Search for corrections officer frustrates county jailer |

TAWAS CITY – Granted, most people do not voluntarily put themselves in jail, but Iosco County officials have been searching for someone to do just that. One year ago the county board of commissioners approved the hiring of a part-time corrections officer (CO) to join the roster of 12 full-time and one part-time officers who work in the jail.
