| Flu vaccine update for correctional facilities |

CDC has announced that the remaining flu vaccine will be distributed to states on the basis of how many individuals in CDC-defined high-risk categories are identified by the state (e.g., elderly, young children, immuno-suppressed individuals). Correctional facilities that have not already given the number of high-risk individuals in their continuous custody to their local and/or state health departments should do so as soon as possible. |
