Nevada Changes Rules For Pregnant Inmates

When a pregnant woman gives birth at the Nevada Department of Corrections, she will no longer be restrained, shackled or otherwise restrained when delivering a baby.

The change comes after a Nevada inmate -- Valerie Nabours -- was shackled by her ankles during an ambulance ride to deliver her baby in 2011.
