ST. GEORGE — A Washington County Jail inmate died Sunday at Dixie Regional Medical Center, one week after attempting suicide in his cell, Utah Department of Corrections officials said. David Finch, 35, had been serving prison time after being convicted of forcible sexual abuse, two counts of burglary, and one count of attempted burglary of a dwelling.
