NICHOLAS COUNTY - Police found an escaped inmate on Sunday in southern West Virginia. West Virginia State Police confirmed that thirty year old Rodney Hypes of Craigsville, WV went missing from the Pruntytown Correctional Center Saturday evening. Troopers said that after a tip was called in Hypes was caught on Sunday in the Cottle area of Nicholas County. Police said he was hiding behind fallen trees before they captured him. Read More. |
