| Condemned Pa. inmate wants info on execution drugs |

Pennsylvania hasn't put a condemned inmate to death since 1999, but one of the next ones in line says he wants information on the cocktail of drugs that could be used on him. Richard Poplawski, who was sentenced to death in 2011 for the violent deaths of three Pittsburgh police officers, filed a request for that information under the state's Right to Know Law on Jan. 21. He asked the Department of Corrections for the "procedures and protocols for conducting executions, including types of drugs [and] chemicals, current inventory, expiration dates, and suppliers [and] providers," The Post-Gazette reports.
