Okla. governor signs supplemental bill for prisons

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A $13 million supplemental appropriations bill to help the state prison system pay its bills has been signed into law by Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin.

Fallin signed the measure Wednesday, one day after it received final approval in the state House. The bill was passed by the Senate last week.
