Armstrong County Warden David Hogue was honored by commissioners for being named 2014’s “Warden of the Year” during a reception in the Courthouse Law Library yesterday morning. In addition to the County employees and Prison Board members invited, Warden Hogue’s girlfriend of 14 years, Glenda George, father, David and son, David III, were also in-attendance. “He’s a good son, and I expect he always will be,” his father said after presenting his son with another plaque of recognition.
