| Idaho prison system holds job fair seeking correctional officers |

Idaho Department of Corrections is hoping to hire new correctional officers. A job fair will be held Tuesday, May 20 at the Idaho Department of Labor's office in Caldwell, located at 4514 Thomas Jefferson St. The fair starts at 1 p.m. and will run until 6 p.m. Correctional officers at IDOC start at $13.27 an hour, and are eligible for insurance, a retirement plan and the opportunity for promotion.
