BURLINGTON, Vermont — A motorcycle built by inmates at a Vermont prison is going to be raffled off to support homeless veterans. The Department of Corrections' motorcycle program is a partnership with Green Mountain Harley Davidson in Essex Junction. The motorcycle was built by inmates attending the Community High School of Vermont at the Northwest State Correctional Facility in Swanton. Read More. |
