Motorcycle made by inmates to be raffled off to support Vermont home for veterans

BURLINGTON, Vermont — A motorcycle built by inmates at a Vermont prison is going to be raffled off to support homeless veterans.

The Department of Corrections' motorcycle program is a partnership with Green Mountain Harley Davidson in Essex Junction.

The motorcycle was built by inmates attending the Community High School of Vermont at the Northwest State Correctional Facility in Swanton.
