The Idaho Department of Corrections is searching for an inmate who escaped out of the Adams County Jail in Council on May 25th, 2014. Robert Michael Williston who is IDOC inmate #21344 scaled the jail’s fence on Saturday night. Williston is an Asian-American with black hair, brown eyes and an olive complexion.
