A Council Bluffs man who seems to repeatedly thumb his nose at the system appears to have been given yet another break. According to Iowa’s Good Time law, inmates get 1.2 days taken off their sentence for every day served. That’s one reason why Adam Wilfong, sentenced to 10 years in prison a few years ago, is getting ready to get out. A judge sent the 29-year-old to prison for a decade as a penalty for delivering cocaine but just three years into his 10-year sentence he's already in a low-security facility in Council Bluffs.
