State Police and the state Department of Corrections and Community Supervision are investigating the death of a local man in a central New York prison late last week. Justin M. Sousis Sr., 32, who lived in Glens Falls at the time of his arrest and imprisonment in January 2011, was found dead in his cell at Elmira Correctional Facility around 6 a.m. Friday. Read More. |
