Question: Does the Minnesota Correctional Facility–St. Cloud still make license plates? This questions comes from Jim Neppl of St. Cloud. The quick answer to the question is no. The St. Cloud prison no longer operates a license-making operation. It stopped in 2008 and the function is being done at Minnesota's newest prison, Minnesota Correctional Facility-Rush City.
