| Rogers County not considering inmate fee |

CLAREMORE, Okla. – The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office wants surrounding police departments to pay a fee for the county jail to house inmates who haven’t been formally charged yet. Now other counties are looking into it. “I mean at this point it’s not a consideration,” said Rogers County Sheriff Scott Walton. That’s not to say it isn’t an attractive idea.
