| Inmate causes $8,000 in damages to Arkansas jail |

Hempstead County, Ark. - An Arkansas inmate caused about $8,000 to a local jail. It happened at the Hempstead County Jail last Thursday. Detention officers were called to the Felony Pod (F-Pod) where they found inmate Rodolfo Alberto Martinez walking back in forth in the area in front of his cell with an object in his hand.
